Chef Shijo has 18years of experience in the industry with a passion for food. He started his career In the Taj Group of Hotels (5star hotels) in Kerala, India working alongside with renowned chefs of Kerala. He makes sure every dish that leaves the kitchen is exquisitely flavoured and balanced to ensure the diners have a memorable experience at our restaurant.

Chef Renjith

Previously chef Renjith held sous chef position at Yas Viceroy hotel, Abu Dhabi for 6 years, American Cruise line for 6 years,Jumeriah Rotana in Dubai and other prestigious hotels with a total of 18 years in the industry. He has a degree in hotel management with a passion for cooking.

Parvathi ( Ammu) started her career as a quality controller in the food industry. She also has completed business management course and leads the front of house with an professional knowledge of the food.
